SWED whitepaper

Download as PDF

Read this first. SWED is a digital asset. It pays no dividend, interest or profit share, gives no ownership of anything, and carries no claim over the assets or revenue of any person. No listing, price, return or backing of any kind is promised. The platform it is intended to fuel is in development and is not available to use. SWED may be worth nothing and no meaningful market for it may ever exist. You may lose the entire amount you commit. This document is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

1. Summary

A trust deed records who holds what, for whom, and on what terms. Its weakness has always been custody of the evidence: paper can be lost, altered, delayed or disputed, and proving it genuine is slow and expensive at exactly the moment it matters.

The Swedish Trust is building a platform that commits the essential facts of a deed to a public blockchain, so the record is timestamped and independently verifiable without the permission of the party you are in dispute with. SWED is the token intended to fuel that platform.

2. Status

The platform is in development. It cannot be used today. This document describes an intended design, not a delivered product, and the design may change. No completion date is promised. If the platform is never completed, SWED does not acquire the utility it is intended to have.

3. What the platform is intended to do

Four stages: draft the deed with guided templates; commit a cryptographic fingerprint and timestamp of the finished document to the Tron blockchain; allow any holder of the document to verify it against that record; and record amendments as further entries so the arrangement carries a history.

The document itself is never published. What goes on chain is proof, not paperwork. The design is non custodial: the user holds their own keys throughout, and the operator can neither move assets nor recover lost keys.

4. The token, verified on chain

Every figure in this section is read from the Tron network when this document is generated. No figure in it is typed by hand.

5. The presale

The presale is in its final phase, priced at 1 SWED = 1 TRX.

The balance held by the presale contract is public and can be checked by anyone at any time. It is read here from the chain rather than asserted.

6. What SWED is not

SWED confers no ownership of the company, no dividend, no interest, no profit share, no voting right, and no claim over the assets or revenue of any person. Nobody is obliged to buy it from you, redeem it, or exchange it for anything.

We do not classify our own token. We state what it does and does not do; holders and their advisers reach their own conclusions under their own law.

7. Liquidity

There is currently no meaningful market for SWED. The explorer reports no price, no market capitalisation and no material trading volume, and the trial SunSwap pool is very small. No exchange listing is promised. If you acquire SWED you should not assume you will be able to sell it.

8. Risks

The risk disclosure is part of this document and must be read in full. In outline:

  • Total loss. SWED may become worth nothing. There is no floor, insurance, protection scheme or recourse.
  • The product does not exist yet. It may be delayed, changed fundamentally, or never completed.
  • No market. No listing is promised. Without a willing buyer you cannot realise any value at all.
  • Volatility. Digital asset prices move sharply in both directions without warning.
  • Irreversibility. Transactions cannot be reversed. Assets sent to a wrong address are permanently lost.
  • Regulatory change. Law may restrict holding, transfer or trading of digital assets where you live.
  • Cross border enforcement. The operator is registered in Costa Rica; pursuing a claim across borders may be slow, costly or impractical.

9. The entity

SWED and the platform are operated by 3-102-960698 SRL, a Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada registered with the National Registry of the Republic of Costa Rica, corporate ID 3-102-960698, registered 16 April 2026, registered office at Los Yoses, San Pedro, Montes de Oca, San José. The manager and legal representative is Dr Antoun Toubia.

Registration of a company in Costa Rica is not a licence, authorisation or approval to offer a digital asset, and no such authorisation is held or claimed in Costa Rica or anywhere else. Registration in Costa Rica does not authorise the offer of SWED in any other country, and no such authorisation is claimed.

"The Swedish Trust" is a trading name. It is not a statement of domicile, registration or supervision, and no Swedish registration, licence or regulatory status is held or claimed.
