Privacy

This policy explains what data 3-102-960698 SRL, trading as The Swedish Trust, processes when you use this website. We collect as little as possible and we never sell your data.

1. Data we process

  • Blockchain data. Public by design. We do not create it and we cannot remove it.
  • Communications. If you email us, we hold what you send.
  • Server logs. Standard web server request logs kept by our host.

2. What we do not do

This website performs no location lookup of any kind. We do not read your country from your IP address, we do not call any geolocation service, and no such request appears in this site's code. The eligibility confirmation you may be shown is a declaration you make, not a check we perform.

We run no advertising trackers and no third party analytics. The site loads no fonts, scripts or resources from any third party.

3. Cookies

We set no cookies. The eligibility confirmation stores a single value in your browser's local storage on your own device so you are not asked twice. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Legal basis and purpose

We process communications on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for, and for any period required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@theswedishtrust.com.
